Tonic Recipes

A few of our favorite cocktail and mocktail recipes to make with our Tonic Syrup!
Gin (or Rum, or Vodka, or...) & Tonic
2 oz your preferred liquor
.5-1 oz Tonic Syrup
Make it Zero Proof: Skip the liquor, or use your favorite non-alcoholic kind
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice and top with soda water. Stir with a barspoon to combine.
Italian Gin & Tonic
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
.5 oz Tonic Syrup
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir, and strain into a Collins glass. Add fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with an orange peel.
Tonic Old Fashioned
2 oz bourbon
.5 oz Tonic Syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Trust us on this one, it's good. Add one large ice cube in a rocks glass, then dash your bitters on it, add the syrup, and add the bourbon. Give it a stir with a barspoon and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
Espresso Tonic (Zero Proof)
1 shot espresso
.5 oz Tonic Syrup
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon zest for an extra zest.
Ginger Tonic (Zero Proof)
This is two ingredients: .5 oz tonic syrup and ginger beer. Choose a particularly spicy ginger beer so the tonic balances it with its sweetness and botanicals. Combine both in a glass with ice.
Optional: spike with vodka or rum and a squeeze of lime.
