Our Lime Jalapeno simple syrup is a perfectly balanced mix of smoky, spicy, tart, and sweet. It's about a 5 on a 1-10 scale of how spicy a jalapeno can be. Wonderful for cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks like mocktails and soda water. It makes a killer margarita, but it also tastes great with gin, mezcal and vodka. Try it in a paloma or a gimlet for garden-y herbacious notes!

A staple in our house
We found Crescent Simples when we visited Virginia Beach a couple years ago. I’ve been ordering regularly since then, having them ship to us. The Balckberry Vanilla syrup and the Lime Jalapeño are my favorites! Whether I’m making a mocktail or adding it to lime vodka with a squeeze of lime, topped off with diet tonic over crushed ice… the lime jalapeño is yum yum!
